Kristine Abby Evangelista has been working in the culinary industry since completing their Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management Major in Culinary Arts from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde in 2012. Kristine Abby started their career as a Kitchen Trainee before moving up the ranks as a Practicum Trainee and eventually taking on roles such as Cook Helper, Commis, Senior Cook, Junior Sous Chef, and currently as a Sous Chef at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila. With experience in various areas such as A la Carte, In Room Dining, and Korean Kitchen, Kristine has demonstrated their skills and dedication to the culinary field.
