Allison Lovejoy (Rodak)

Allison Lovejoy (Rodak) has a diverse and extensive work experience. Allison began their career in 2005 as a Freelance Graphic Designer for Franzen International Inc. where they created and maintained websites, took photographs, and designed package prototypes. In 2009, they were a Graphic Design & Communications for Uoriki Fresh Inc. where they created design solutions to meet client and product needs, provided art direction for illustrations, photography, and website design, and worked both individually and in team efforts. In 2010, they were a Design Intern for Courtney & Company, where they were responsible for brand identity and logo design for new and existing businesses, fitness professionals, and non-profit organizations. Allison also worked as a Graphic Designer for Thrillist, where they worked with the Sales Team and clients to concept, design, and secure approval of sales proposals, custom advertising campaigns, media kits, event invitations, collateral materials, and wrap-up reports. Allison also worked with the Editorial Team to retouch images on Thrillist daily editorial emails and website components, and aided in ongoing design work of Thrillist email templates, website, mobile, and marketing materials. Allison then worked as a UI/UX Designer for Vook and Paltalk, where they worked with internal development teams to help establish innovative interactions with desktop and web-based user interfaces, designed collateral, promotional emails, microsite sites, banners, and social media, and conceptualized and documented interfaces and interactions that fulfilled the entire user experience and various persona scenarios. In 2014, they were a Lead Designer for Zibby, and in 2018, they were a Senior Product Designer for Bond. Most recently, they have been a Senior Product Manager and Senior Product Designer for Marco Polo since 2019.

Allison Lovejoy (Rodak) attended the Fashion Institute of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design.
