Willem van der Hoeven has extensive work experience, beginning with a Senior Software Test Manager role at Microsoft from 1996 to 2004. During this time, they were responsible for quality assurance and risk management of Plug and Play and Power Management systems, evaluating risk of major code changes, designing test strategies, and coordinating testing and sign-off with internal teams and outside stakeholders.
