Joseph Sipe has extensive experience in compensation and rewards program management, having held various roles in esteemed organizations. As the Manager of Total Rewards at Marco Technologies from September 2021 to January 2024, Joseph oversaw rewards programs and regulatory requirements while utilizing a breadth of skills. Prior to this, roles included Compensation Manager and Sr. Compensation Analyst at CarMax and positions at Cargill, C.H. Robinson, and UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities encompassed job analysis, compensation surveys, and enterprise compensation support. Joseph holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from St. Cloud State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University.
