Andy Spelucin

Andy Spelucin is an experienced operations and mine planning manager with a career spanning over 17 years in the mining industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Mine Planning Manager at Marcobre since May 2022, Andy has held key positions at KAZ Minerals from April 2015 to May 2022, including Mine Technical Services Manager and Senior Mine Planning Engineer, focusing on safety, workforce development, and efficient communication across production areas. Prior experience includes leading the planning department at AngloGold Ashanti and overseeing construction processes at Newmont Mining Corporation. Andy holds an MBA in Strategic Planning from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Perú, and a Mining Engineering degree from Universidad Nacional de Trujillo.
