Jeff Victory

Jeff Victory has a diverse work experience in the commercial food service industry. Jeff is currently the Director of Regional Sales at Marcone Supply, a leading distributor of home appliance, HVAC, and plumbing repair parts and equipment. Prior to this role, Jeff was an Investor + Advisor at Roopairs Technologies, Inc., a service and warranty management platform for the Commercial Food Equipment Industry.

Before joining Marcone Supply, Jeff worked as a National Account Manager at AllPoints Foodservice Parts & Supplies, where they specialized in Mavrik™ OEM Equivalent Parts and provided alternative solutions for hard-to-find parts. Jeff also has experience as the Chief Commercial Officer at CORE Mechanical, where they co-led the start-up of a commercial kitchen, refrigeration, and HVAC service business. Jeff built strategic alliances with trade equipment manufacturers nationwide during their time at CORE Mechanical.

Jeff's earlier experience includes roles as an Account Manager/Service Technician at Commercial Facilities Group, where they won new commercial business and managed projects from beginning to end, and as a Culinary Manager at Darden, where they recruited, trained, and supervised operations and ensured high guest satisfaction.

Throughout their career, Jeff has demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, customer relations, project management, and leadership. Jeff is highly enthusiastic about the future of the food service industry.

From 1999 to 2003, Jeff Victory attended Duncanville High School. There, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy degree in the field of Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering.
