Marconi Society
Donald Hale currently serves as Vice President of Philanthropy for the Marconi Society, the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department Heads Association (ECEDHA), and the Inclusive Engineering Foundation, where initiatives focus on promoting innovation and diversity in information and communications technology and engineering education. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Consultant at Sharpe Group, Executive Director of Philanthropy at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and Assistant Vice President for Development at the University of South Carolina. Hale has a strong history in development and alumni relations across multiple educational institutions and holds a Master of Arts in Theology from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Saint Meinrad Seminary and School of Theology.
