• Direct Sales & Hospitality: Began career in UK direct sales, rising to top performer. Head-hunted by Tanco Resorts (Malaysia) in 1997; led hotel/timeshare division to record $1bn+ in sales, earning the title “Billion Dollar Man” by The Malaysian Star. Twice awarded Entrepreneur of the Year.

• Entrepreneurship: Founded multiple ventures including Max Generation (travel incentives) and Naked Restaurant Group (won Tatler’s Best Restaurants). Businesses created thousands of jobs.

• Honors & Advocacy: Awarded Dato Seri title (equivalent of a UK knighthood) in recognition of entrepreneurial and charitable contributions. Advocated for visually impaired rights in Malaysia, co-produced Are You Blind documentary.
