Andrew Margulies

Andrew Margulies has been working as a Senior Vice President at Marcus & Millichap since 2006. In this role, they have successfully sold over $1 billion in commercial property sales, covering a total area of more than 8.5 million square feet. Andrew specializes in the Southeast US market and provides expert advice to corporate, institutional, and private clients on the acquisition and disposition of shopping centers and net-leased properties.
