Jerry Wise

Jerry Wise has over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry. Jerry started their career in 1985 with Marcus & Millichap, where they served as the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets. In 2000, they joined HFF as a Director and worked there until 2004. In 2003, Jerry Wise founded their own company, BRAD Management, where they currently hold the position of President.

Jerry Wise attended UCLA from 1980 to 1983, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this time. From 1983 to 1985, Jerry studied and earned a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Finance at California State University, Northridge. Later, in 2019 to 2020, Jerry pursued an Executive Master's Degree in Urban Planning at the University of Southern California.
