Michael Salvatico

Michael Salvatico started their work experience as a Sales/Marketing Associate at Murphy Commercial Real Estate in June 2010. In October 2011, they joined Marcus & Millichap as a Partner in the New York Multifamily division. Michael quickly progressed to become the First Vice President and Director of the National Multi-Housing Group, where they led a highly active multifamily brokerage team in New York City. Throughout their career, Michael has achieved notable recognition for their achievements in the industry, including being named to the Commercial Observer Top 30 Under 30 in 2016 and receiving the Co-Star New York Power Broker award in the same year. Currently, their team at Marcus & Millichap has $1.15 billion worth of New York City investment properties on the market.

Michael Salvatico completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Maryland between 2006 and 2010.
