Ray Giannini

Ray Giannini has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on seniors housing properties. Ray is currently the Senior Managing Director for the Milwaukee Seniors Housing Group at Marcus & Millichap, where they have sold over $550 million of seniors housing real estate in the Midwest. Prior to their current role, Ray held the position of Senior Vice President Investment at Marcus & Millichap Commercial Real Estate Investment Services. Ray also worked as a First Vice President of Investments/Director at Marcus & Millichap | National Seniors Housing Group. Earlier in their career, Ray served as a Senior Acquisitions Analyst at Extendicare Health Services, Inc. and worked as an Auditor at Ernst & Young.

Ray Giannini holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Marquette University, which they obtained in 2000. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1989. Ray also holds another Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which they earned in 1987.
