Richard Matricaria

Richard Matricaria is executive vice president of brokerage operations. He is committed to mentoring agents within the firm to achieve their career potential and dedicated to helping clients attain their investment objectives. Mr. Matricaria has been a member of the management team since September 2009 when he began serving as sales manager of the Fort Lauderdale office. He was promoted to regional manager of both the Orlando and Jacksonville offices in January 2012. Mr. Matricaria has served as the regional manager of the Tampa office since June 2012 and was elected as a vice president in May 2014 and as a senior vice president in 2016.

Prior to joining the management team Mr. Matricaria was a sales associate for eight years in the Fort Lauderdale office and was instrumental in leading a team specializing in retail, single-tenant and shopping center investments. During his tenure as a sales associate, he facilitated the acquisition and disposition of approximately $500 million of investment properties throughout the southeastern United States.

Mr. Matricaria received a B.B.A. in marketing from the University of Alabama and an M.B.A. from St. Thomas University in 2001. He is actively involved in International Council of Shopping Centers, the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks, the Urban Land Institute and the Best Buddies organization.
