Jim Cowdrick

Jim Cowdrick is an experienced construction and project management professional with a robust background in architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Manager at Marcus Partners since November 2021, Jim has also held the position of Project Manager at KVAssociates, Inc. since July 2011. Prior roles include Architect at TK&A Architects from October 1999 to July 2011 and Architect at Delgado Glibride Architects from 1990 to 1999. Jim Cowdrick earned an education in architecture from Syracuse University, where studies took place from 1984 to 1990.
