Janet Kirby

Janet Kirby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and training across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Marcus Theatres since February 2017, Janet is responsible for hiring, training, and ensuring operational excellence, with a strong focus on staff development and fiscal success. Previously, as a Corporate Trainer, Janet designed interactive training programs to empower employees, while earlier roles included HR Operations Manager at Hotel del Coronado, where leadership was provided to a diverse retail team, and Catering Sales Manager at Benchmark Hospitality. Janet also held the position of Vice President and General Manager at Magnolia Associates, where contributions included building an online sales program.
