Kirsten Derks

Kirsten Derks began their work experience in 2008 as an assistant HRM advisor at Sligro Food Group. In 2010, they moved to Radboudumc where they held the positions of Assistant HRM Advisor and later HR Advisor until 2018. Since then, Kirsten has been working at Marel, starting as an HR Business Partner from September 2018 to June 2019. Kirsten then became HR Manager Global Service from July 2019 to August 2020. From September 2020 to April 2023, they served as HR Director for Global Markets and Global Service. Currently, Kirsten is the HR Director for Service at Marel.

Kirsten Derks obtained a HBO degree in HRM from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
