Miguel Estrela

Miguel Estrela is an experienced project management professional currently serving as the Manager of the Project Management Office at Marel since October 2021. Miguel established and oversees the PMO, enhancing global innovation project management across multiple divisions and countries. Prior to this role, Miguel held positions such as Senior Project Manager in Innovation at Marel, Principal Project Manager at Diversey, and Project Manager at Jabil and Bosch, where responsibilities included leading R&D initiatives and managing project lifecycles. Miguel also founded Sailing Saetta, pursuing a personal goal of trans-Atlantic sailing. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Edinburgh Napier University, a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Additional training includes AgilePM certification from APMG International.
