Andrea Franco

Andrea Franco has a diverse work experience in various HR positions. Andrea started their career at Case New Holland as the Head of HR Region Europe and later moved on to roles at CNH and IVECO as an HR Business Partner for Purchasing, Information Systems, and Training Shared Services. Andrea then worked at Fiat Group Automobiles as an HR Business Partner for ICT and later became a Vice President of HR for International Operations and Business Development. Andrea continued their career at Fiat Chrysler Emea Region as an HR Manager for Serbia, Turkey, Russia, South Africa, Morocco, Dubai, and Egypt. Andrea also worked at Magneti Marelli as the Head of HR for the Business Line MM Suspension Systems, as well as at Datalogic as a Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Currently, they are working at Marelli as a Vice President of HR for various divisions, including Green Technology Solutions, Cabin Comfort, Industrial, and Engineering. Andrea has demonstrated a strong expertise in HR management and has experience in diverse industries.

Andrea Franco pursued a law degree at the Università degli Studi di Torino from 1982 to 1987. Their studies focused on law and organizational development.
