Giorgio Ferretti

Giorgio Ferretti is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in mechatronics and electric motor development. Currently serving as Product Director for the Marelli Propulsion Division since June 2024, Giorgio has been with Marelli since January 2014, where roles included Operations Manager for Hybrid/Electric Motors and Head of Program Management for powertrain product lines. Prior experience includes managerial and leadership positions at Magneti Marelli S.p.A., where responsibilities spanned from managing the throttle bodies product line to overseeing project teams for various automotive clients. Giorgio's career began as a Testing Engineer and Researcher, focusing on testing and analysis of hydraulic components, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
