Lucia Lichvar

Lucia Lichvar has extensive experience in the field of HR and talent acquisition. Lucia is currently working as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Marelli, where they lead global talent acquisition, onboarding, and new ways of working. Prior to this, Lucia held various roles at Whirlpool Corporation, including Global Talent Acquisition Lead and Regional Head of Recruitment and Employer Branding for the EMEA organization. Lucia has also served as the Head of HR for Customer Service Operations in the UK and Ireland, as well as the HR Manager for Commercial Operations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Romania. Lucia's experience also extends to roles in organizational development, lean projects, and sales consultancy. Additionally, they have held positions at Union poistovna a.s. and AIESEC, where they gained experience in sales, marketing, and public relations. Throughout their career, Lucia has demonstrated a strong ability to drive change, improve hiring quality, and implement innovative strategies and programs.

Lucia Lichvar obtained their Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Katolícka univerzita v Ružomberku, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. In 2018, they attended NLP Life by Richard Bandler, where they obtained a NLP Licensed Practitioner degree. Later in the same year, they also attended NLP Life by Richard Bandler and obtained a NLP Licensed Master Practitioner degree. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in the field of recruiting and employee retention from LinkedIn in 2022.
