Mahesh M has a substantial background in product design and research and development, with experience spanning several roles in the automotive lighting industry. Beginning as a Product Designer at HELLA from December 2016 to October 2021, Mahesh contributed to product design and detailing. Following this, a position as Senior Executive in Research and Development was held at CREAT UNO MINDA from October 2021 to October 2022. At Tata Consultancy Services from October 2022 to March 2024, Mahesh served as a Team Lead, overseeing automotive exterior lighting projects encompassing conceptualization, packaging, styling, costing, scheduling, and project management. Currently, Mahesh is the Deputy Manager at Marelli, where responsibilities include leading exterior lighting design and development, executing deliverables, and providing team leadership and mentoring. Mahesh is pursuing an MBA in Operations Management and Supervision from Symbiosis School for Online & Digital Learning, and holds a Post Diploma in Tool Design from the Central Institute of Tool Design, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from ISBM University.
