Marisa Iasenza

Marisa Iasenza's work experience includes serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Marelli since November 2022. Prior to that, they were a Managing Director at KKR & Co. Inc. from January 2022 to November 2022. From June 2018 to December 2021, they held the position of Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Edgewell Personal Care. Before that, Iasenza worked at HARMAN International in various roles, including General Counsel and Corporate Secretary,VP, Associate General Counsel, and Vice President. Marisa also served as an Assistant General Counsel at United Agri Products and worked as a Senior Associate at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth. Earlier in their career, they were an Associate at Falk, Shaff & Ziebell LLP and Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly.

Marisa Iasenza has a diverse education history. In 1986, they attended Marianopolis College and obtained a DEC in Liberal Arts. Marisa then pursued a BA in Economics at McGill University from 1988 to 1991. Subsequently, Marisa earned an LL.B./BCL in Law from the University of Ottawa, graduating in 1995. In 1996, they briefly attended the University of Miami School of Law, completing an LL.M. In 2013, Marisa participated in the Columbia Essentials of Management Program at Columbia Business School.
