Nick Jones is currently the Group Head of Legal at Marex, having transitioned into this role in 2019. With over 15 years of experience in financial services, Nick has focused on regulatory matters, corporate M&A, capital markets, and employment law. Prior to Marex, Nick was a Supervising Associate at Simmons & Simmons, contributing to Banking and Capital Markets teams, and worked on syndicated lending and capital market issuances with notable secondments to Morgan Stanley, SEB, and Lloyds Banking Group. Nick is pursuing legal studies at Nottingham Law School and the University of Bristol, and has attended The College of Richard Collyer and The Forest School, Horsham.
