Nilesh Jethwa

Nilesh Jethwa has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and positions. Nilesh began their career as an intern at Barclays Global Investors in 1998, followed by internships at Societe Generale in the same year and Lehman Brothers in 1999. Nilesh then joined Lehman Brothers as an Executive Director in 2000, where they worked until 2008.

In 2008, Nilesh joined Leonteq Securities AG and held various roles including Global Head of Trading, Head of the Structured Solutions Division, and Head of the Markets Engine Division. Nilesh worked at Leonteq Securities AG until 2016.

From 2015 to 2018, Nilesh served as a Non-Executive Director at Family Traveller. In 2016, they also became a Member of the Board of Trustees at Noah's Ark Children's Hospice, where they later became a Lifetime Honorary Trustee in 2022.

Most recently, Nilesh has been a part of Marex Solutions since 2017, where they assumed the role of CEO. Additionally, starting from 2018, they also became a Member of the Executive Committee at Marex.

Throughout their career, Nilesh has gained extensive experience and expertise in trading, structured solutions, and executive leadership.

Nilesh Jethwa pursued their undergraduate studies from 1997 to 2000 at the University of Cambridge. During this period, they obtained an MA (Hons) degree with a focus on Mathematics.
