Jonathan Groff

Jonathan Groff has extensive work experience across various roles and organizations. Jonathan started their career as a Substitute Teacher in multiple school districts, including Churchville-Chili Senior High School, Gates Chili Central School district, and Penfield Central School District, from 2002 to 2006. In 2006, they joined The Aquinas Institute of Rochester as a Substitute Teacher for Economics for a short period.

From 2006 to 2009, Jonathan worked at The Strong as a Membership Assistant and Sales Associate, where they processed membership applications, performed accurate data entry, and generated membership cards and acknowledgement letters. Jonathan then progressed to become the Director of Membership, Marketing Database Manager, and American Journal of Play Circulation Manager. In this role, they oversaw the museum membership program, created queries and custom reports, and developed data entry processes for fundraising and donor contact reporting.
