Lauren Rothfuss

Lauren Rothfuss has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lauren began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Mary Cariola Children's Center in 2013. Later that year, they also served as a CORE Team Director of Recruitment, Hiring & Training at St. John Fisher College Office of Admissions. In 2014, they worked as a Recruiter at Mary Cariola Children's Center and as a Client Programs & Services Intern at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society Upstate New York Chapter.

From 2014 to 2016, Lauren held the position of Secretary III at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Following this, they joined Brighton Memorial Library in 2017 as an Aide and became a Page in 2013.

Their most recent role has been at The Strong, where they started as a Human Resources Assistant in 2016, later advanced to the position of Human Resources Coordinator in 2018, and currently works as the Director of Human Resources starting in February 2022.

Lauren Rothfuss began their education at Our Lady of Mercy High School from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Regents Diploma with Advanced Designation. Lauren then pursued further studies at St. John Fisher University from 2010 to 2014.
