Stefanie Wiesneth has extensive work experience in marketing and management roles. Stefanie currently holds the position of Chief Marketing Officer at MARGARETE STEIFF GMBH, starting in July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at PVH Holdings GmbH (Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein) from 2014 to 2023, where they held various positions including Brand and Performance Media Director for Tommy Hilfiger Europe, Senior Manager Media for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein Europe, and Manager of E-commerce Strategic Projects for both brands. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at vente-privee as the Group Lead of Online Sales & Marketing International and later focused on the German market. In 2009, they were a member of the Permanent Delegation at UNESCO. Their earlier experience includes a role as Manager of Media Planning and Consulting at VivaKi from 2006 to 2008.

Stefanie Wiesneth completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Medienmanagement from the Institut für Journalistik und Kommunikationsforschung from 2002 to 2006. Stefanie also attended the Université Stendhal for an Auslandssemester in Medien und Kommunikation from 2003 to 2004. In 2002, they briefly attended the Hochschule für Druck und Medien for Medienwirtschaft. Prior to their university education, they studied at Berufsschule, obtaining a degree in Werbekauffrau from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, Stefanie Wiesneth has obtained several certifications, including Systemic Coaching from the Project Management Institute in 2023, and Design Thinking and Marketing Foundations certifications from Lynda.com in 2018 and 2017 respectively.
