Kirk Henritzy is an experienced bartender and mixologist currently working at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort since August 2015 as part of the opening team. Previously, Kirk attended Purdue University from January 2012 to May 2013 while also gaining practical experience in the hospitality industry through a guest services role at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts from May 2012 to November 2012. Kirk holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Lehigh Carbon Community College, where studies were completed between 2009 and 2011.
