Natalia Arias is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as a Sous at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa since October 2019 and as a Sushi Sous Chef at Townhouse since March 2019, Natalia also holds a long-standing position as a Line Cook at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort since December 2015. Previous experience includes roles as a Line Cook at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek from May 2014 to December 2015 and an internship position at Walt Disney World in 2013. Natalia holds a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management and an Associate's degree in Personal and Culinary Services from Johnson & Wales University, where education was completed between 2012 and 2015.
