Shannon Steffen

Shannon Steffen is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in conference services and customer service. Currently serving as a Conference Services Manager at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort since August 2015, Shannon has held various roles including Catering and Conference Services Coordinator and Rooms Controller. Prior experience includes positions at Publix Super Markets from 2004 to 2016, Bonaventure Resort & Spa from 2012 to 2015 as a Meeting Concierge and Front Office Agent, and at Hyatt Hotels as a Front Office Agent from 2008 to 2012. Shannon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University and an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Broward College.
