Tom K.

Tom K. is the Vice President of Culinary Operations at Margaritaville Hospitality Group, a role they have held since 2013. Previously, Tom served as Vice President of Culinary for Paradise Restaurant Group from 2001 to 2012, where they were responsible for menu development, culinary training, and quality control. Prior to that, Tom held various positions in culinary operations, including National Director of Culinary Training at Outback Steakhouse from 1992 to 2009, where they focused on training and quality practices. Tom began their career in the culinary field as a Kitchen Manager at Lone Star Steakhouse and served in the United States Air Force from 1989 to 1991.
