Chris Helten

Chris Helten has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Chris is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Remitter since 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at marGo LLC, where they directed operations, development, and deployment of technology solutions for a SaaS Martech startup organization.

Before joining marGo LLC, Chris worked as the CIO/VP Information Technology at HKT Teleservices (formerly PCCW Teleservices) from 2018 to 2019. In this role, they led technology delivery for internal and external clients, focusing on providing secure, reliable, innovative, and resilient solutions while driving transformational growth of the technology organization.

From 2012 to 2018, Chris served as the Principle Architect/Chief Architect Director Technology Strategy at AT&T. Here, they developed technology strategies in collaboration with top-tier clients to align business goals and drive innovation.

Earlier in their career, Chris held the position of Executive Director, BPO Lead at Convergys Corporation from 2006 to 2012. In this role, they launched a new business organization and drove significant revenue growth, partnering with Fortune 100 companies to optimize business processes.

Prior to that, Chris worked as an Executive Consultant from 2005 to 2006, providing strategic guidance and expertise to various organizations. Chris also served as CIO/CTO/SVP Global Shared Services at IntelliRisk Management Corporation from 1991 to 2005.
