Mike Gall

Mike Gall is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the care sector and local government. Currently serving as Group Head of People at Maria Mallaband Care Group Ltd since June 2015, positions held include Regional Head of HR and HR Manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland. Prior to this, Mike worked at Aberdeen City Council from April 2009 to May 2015 as an HR Adviser, providing consultancy to managers in Social Work and Care. Additionally, Mike served as an HR Consultant for the Middlefield Community Project from January 2010 to December 2011. Academic achievements include a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Aberdeen and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Robert Gordon University.
