Sylvia Rupani-Smith has a diverse work experience in the digital engagement and content management field. Sylvia started their career as a Webmaster and Senior Producer at The New York Times, where they produced arts and dining content and promoted multimedia. Sylvia then worked at NYTimes.com as a Senior Staff Editor for T Magazine, where they managed the website and oversaw the work of photo editors, copy editors, and writers. Sylvia also collaborated with fashion and editorial brands to cross-promote content and delivered instruction on video editing. Later on, they joined the Whitney Museum of American Art as a Senior Digital Content Manager before becoming the Director of Digital Engagement at the Marian Goodman Gallery.
