Darren Hibbitt

Darren Hibbitt is an experienced swaps flow trader at Mariana Capital Markets since March 2015, specializing in brokerage for asset types such as repo, stock loan, and total return swaps. Prior to this role, Hibbitt worked as a financing trader at Tower Trading Group and Xconnect Trading Limited, where responsibilities included client onboarding and P&L tracking. Hibbitt's experience also includes serving as Head of European Trading at Barclays Capital, managing a team and developing a mature funding desk, along with a tenure at Lehman Brothers where Hibbitt started as an analyst and progressed to trader on the secured funding desk. Hibbitt began the career at Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank in stock loan collateral management. Hibbitt holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Luton.
