Joshua Haynes has extensive experience in IT support and management across multiple companies since 2006. Currently serving as an IT Support Associate at Mariani Enterprises, LLC since February 2023, Joshua previously worked as an Information Technology Support Specialist / Backup Administrator at ACS Services, Inc., where responsibilities included providing high-level IT support and managing backup systems. Prior roles include helpdesk support at Keno Kozie Associates, where Joshua assisted over 500 users remotely, and Tier 2 remote support at Perot Systems Government Services, focusing on network monitoring and software installation. Joshua began the IT career at Tech Team Global and has cultivated technical skills through various positions, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Network and Communications Management from DeVry University.
