Alan Fung

Alan Fung currently serves as an IT Support Associate for APCO Worldwide, providing help desk support and hands-on assistance for various technologies across Europe. Prior experience includes a role as an IT Technician Trainee at IT Career Switch and multiple positions as a Community Associate at Spaces and Regus, where customer engagement and relationship building were key responsibilities. Alan holds a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and participated as an exchange student at Université catholique de Lille.
