Noel Rao has extensive work experience in the field of rehabilitation medicine and medical education. Noel served as a Professor and Chairman of the Department of PM&R at Rosalind Franklin University since 2012. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Medical Affairs and Director of the Residency Program at Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital starting from 2004. With a strong foundation in medical education, Noel Rao was also the Director of the Residency Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1982 to 1983.
Noel Rao completed a Graduate Medical Education program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency at Temple University from 1976 to 1979.
