Abhishek Ranjan

Abhishek Ranjan has worked in various companies and held multiple roles throughout their career. Abhishek started their professional journey as a Junior Manager at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. in July 2010 and worked there until May 2012. Later, they joined ITC Limited as a Summer Intern in May 2013. Abhishek then joined Samsung Electronics, where they served as an Assistant Manager in the Corporate HR department from June 2014 to February 2017. After that, they took on the role of Manager for Compensation & HR Planning at Samsung Electronics from March 2017 to May 2019. Abhishek has most recently been working at Marico Limited since May 2019, where they initially served as an HR Manager for the Marketing Function until March 2021. Abhishek then became the Divisional HR Manager for the North region from April 2021 to March 2023. Currently, Abhishek holds the position of Head for Rewards, HRIT, and HR Operations at Marico Limited, starting in April 2023.

Abhishek Ranjan completed their MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology between 2006 and 2010. Abhishek also attended Delhi Public School Ranchi from 2004 to 2006, but the degree obtained and field of study are unknown.
