Anthony A. Garcia

Anthony A. Garcia has a diverse background in sustainability and laboratory sciences, currently serving as the Interim Chief Sustainability Officer and previously holding roles as Laboratory Specialist Supervisor and Laboratory Technician at Maricopa Community Colleges since January 2014. Prior experience includes a Forest Pathologist Internship at Weyerhaeuser and positions such as Research Assistant at The University of Arizona and Geneticist Intern at USDA-ARS. Anthony began their academic journey at the University of Arizona, where a Bachelor of Science in Sustainability Studies was earned from Arizona State University. Various internships in biology and sustainability further enhance Anthony's professional expertise.
