Rosita Nunez

Rosita Nunez, Ph.D., serves as the Program Manager at the Center for Sustainability at Stevens Institute of Technology since January 2017, where responsibilities also include teaching in the Sustainability Management Masters program. Nunez has been a Visiting Assistant Professor at Ramapo College of New Jersey since January 2019, focusing on Business Ethics and Business Strategy courses for upperclassmen. As Technical Director at Green Specialty Ingredients since May 2024, consultancy work centers on helping start-ups in the beauty sector with sustainable ingredient selection. Nunez previously held the role of Global Key Account Manager at Corbion until 2024, managing sales for customers in the home and personal care industries. Prior experience includes strategic sales at a multinational life-sciences company from 2008 to March 2016, where key account management and marketing for global personal care were major focuses. Nunez's academic background includes an MS in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, a Ph.D. in Sustainability Management from Montclair State University, and an MBA in Finance and Management from Rutgers University.
