James Anthony Jones

James Anthony Jones, MSA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce development and media production. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Workforce Development at Maricopa Community Colleges since May 2014, James develops strategies and linkages between educational institutions and employer organizations, coordinates grants, and conducts workshops on workforce issues. James is also the Owner and Production Manager of Ankh Media Group, overseeing the creation of various media projects. Previous roles include Program Manager at the University of Michigan-Flint, where James managed a college transfer program and secured over $1 million in state grants, and various teaching positions. James holds a Master of Science in Administration with a focus in Leadership from Central Michigan University, as well as dual bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Africana Studies from the University of Michigan-Flint.
