Neil Newman

Neil Newman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Maricopa Community Colleges since February 2012, Neil focuses on obtaining quality talent and has previously held roles such as Business Analyst Lead and Sr. Manager of Human Resources, where responsibilities included operational oversight of Business Analyst teams and development of district-wide recruiting strategies, respectively. Prior to this, Neil worked at Arizona State University as the Manager of Recruiting for Facilities Development & Management, and held positions at Quarles & Brady LLP and Arizona Summit Law School, where expertise in employee relations, recruiting, and HR functions was demonstrated. Neil holds an MBA in Business Administration and Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management.
