Tom Nerini

Dr. Nerini brings a considerable depth and breadth of educational experience to the MCCCD Board. As a student, he experienced firsthand the benefits and opportunities available within the MCCCD System. After graduating from Northern Arizona University Tom spent more than 20 years as a Student Affairs professional, working with new and transfer students to ensure their successful transition to college life. More recently as a school counselor, he works closely with MCCCD to provide students with the resources and opportunities available for a successful postsecondary experience.
