Brooke Worcester

Brooke Worcester is a Senior Counsel in the Civil Division at Maricopa County Attorney's Office, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Brooke served as an Assistant Attorney General III in the Consumer Protection Division at the Texas Attorney General from July 2022 to July 2023. From April 2015 to June 2022, Brooke worked at the Arizona Attorney General's Office, contributing to both the Civil and Criminal Litigation and Advice Section and the Child Support Services Section. Earlier experience includes a role as a Legal Document Clerk at Poli & Ball, P.L.C., focusing on Insurance Bad Faith Litigation, and an internship with the Michigan Department of Attorney General, where contributions were made to the Solicitor General's Division, including preparation for an oral argument at the U.S. Supreme Court. Brooke's legal education includes a Juris Doctor with a Certificate in Trial Advocacy from Michigan State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Baylor University.
