Richard Carroll is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in creative direction, program management, and technical editing. Currently serving as Records Program Supervisor for Maricopa County since March 2022, Richard previously held significant roles at various organizations, including Creative Director and Principal at A P - AZ / Resolution GraphX, where innovative marketing and multimedia content were developed for diverse industries. Richard's career includes managing imaging operations at the Arizona State Library, editing technical documents at Integrated Device Technology, and fostering STEM education as an instructor at the Arizona Science Center. With a solid educational foundation in Engineering Technology from Northern Arizona University, Richard has demonstrated expertise in project and program management across multiple sectors.
