Coralie Herzog is an experienced professional in the field of agro-food production and quality management. Currently serving as the Responsable SI GPAO Traiteur at LDC Groupe since September 2020, Coralie leads a team overseeing GPAO functions across 12 sites. Coralie has also held the position of Chef de projet informatique GPAO within the same group. Previously at MARIE - Groupe LDC, Coralie worked in various capacities including Référente GPAO and Responsable d'équipe de production, demonstrating versatility in production management and project piloting. Coralie's background includes roles focused on quality assurance and R&D, along with a solid educational foundation with a degree in agro-food engineering.
