Joan Oracha

Dr Oracha is MSI Kenya's Country Director. She brings over 12 years of experience in programme development and management, strategy, and business, and has been a team leader in regional programmes across various organizations within sub-Saharan Africa.

Through her various roles, she has created large-scale impact through systemic change, institutional capacity development, women's economic empowerment, social investments, policy and influencing leading to the strengthening of development results across her projects.

She joined MSI as Country Director in November 2022.
