Dayton Hibbs

Dayton Hibbs possesses extensive experience in education, currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Retention for Marietta City Schools since August 2005. Prior roles within the same district include Principal of Marietta Middle School, Assistant/Associate Superintendent, Principal of Marietta Sixth Grade Academy, Principal of Marietta Center for Advanced Academics, and Assistant Principal at Marietta High School. Previously, Dayton Hibbs worked at Charter Schools USA from August 2001 to July 2005 as a High School Teacher and Administrator, and at Broward County Public Schools as an Elementary School Teacher from December 1998 to July 2001. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Education degree in K12 Leadership and Policy Development from Seton Hall University, an NCATE Approved Certificate in Educational Leadership & Supervision from Florida Atlantic University, a Master of Science in Educational/Instructional Technology from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Florida Atlantic University.
