Kevin Furlong has extensive experience in the field of customer success and client services, with a focus on cross-channel marketing. Kevin has held various director-level roles in companies such as Marigold, Movable Ink, Merkle, Cheetah Digital, and Experian Marketing Services. Throughout their career, Kevin has been responsible for driving strategic and operational support for clients, negotiating contracts, managing teams, and facilitating new business sales efforts. Kevin has achieved strong retention and growth of revenue, exceeded business goals, and expanded their portfolio and team sizes. Prior to their roles in marketing services, Kevin also had experience in analytics and as a co-founder of a design company.
